Fellow American John Cook is one shot behind Vaughan in second place after also carding a level par round.
Three players are tied for third place they Bernhard Langer and Tom Watson who are justifying their positions at the head of the tournament betting, both hit level 71’s today, Eduardo Romero is the third man on one under par after carding a 73.
