The European Open Preview
The European Open stats tomorrow at The London Golf Club, Ash, Kent.
England’s Justin Rose is in the lineup hoping to fair better than his last tournament on home turf which was the BMW PGA Championship at Wentworth where he missed the cut.
Also in the field is Spain’s Sergio Garcia who recently won The Players Championship, Garcia is happy to be in England getting acclimatised for the forthcoming Open Championship at Royal Birkdale.
Open Champion Padraig Harrington is another who will be teeing off tomorrow, the Irishman is particularly happy that there is such a strong field just two weeks before he defends his title.
Colin Montgomerie won this event last year when it was played at the K Club.
