Bruce Vaughan goes into unknown territory tomorrow at Royal Troon in the third round of the The Senior Open Championship presented by MasterCard, its the first time that the 51 year old American has topped the leaderboard going into Saturday’s play.

Vaughan, who has been having treatment for a knee injury, tees off at 13.45pm he is paired with fellow American John Cook.

The round begins at 7.54am, players to look out for on Saturday include Ian Woosnam and Tom Kite who begin their round at 11:21am, Greg Norman is on the tee at 11.57am.

Tom Watson joins in at 13.27pm followed closely by Bernhard Langer at 13.36pm.

If the first two rounds are anything to go by we are in for an entertaining weekend.
