Reis Has 2 Stroke Lead In Ladies German Open
Nina Reis shot a career equaling eight under par 64 to open up a two stroke lead after the first round of the HypoVereinsbank Ladies German Open presented by Audi.
The 28 year old from Sweden had a balanced round, with four birdies on both the front and back nines, to lead over Jade Schaeffer of France and England’s Lora Fairclough who carded 66, 6 under par.
American Michelle Wie playing her first tournament on German soil carded a respectable four under par 68 to grab a share of seventh place.
