Peter O’Malley 5 Under After First Day Of BMW Asian Open
Peter O’Malley leads the European PGA Tour event the BMW Asian Open, at Tomson Shanghai Pudong GC, after the first round, the Australian posted a 5 under par 67 to lead by one shot. The almost flawless round included six birdies, the only blip on the scorecard came with a bogey on the 18th hole.
Four players are currently tying for second place after first round scores of 68, they are Henrik Stenson, Mikko Ilonen, Oliver Wilson and Jeev Milkha Singh.
Mikko Ilonen of Finland shot an amazing Eagle 2 on the par four 7th hole.
