Stewart Cink is looking good to take the Travelers Championship 2008 title at The TPC at River Highlands his first win since the 1997 Canon Greater Hartford Open. Cink hit a 5 under par 65 which contained 7 birdies.

Heath Slocum has moved up to second place after a 6 under par 64 which included 8 birdies, the round of the day was from Kevin Streelman who hit a 8 under par 62. Vijay Singh put himself in contention with a 6 under par 64.

European players did not have the best day with Justin Rose and Brian Davis ending on seven-under, while Sweden’s Carl Pettersson is two shots further back from them.
