Baird takes lead in Zurich Classic

Briny Baird has taken the lead at the Zurich Classic after another solid display,  he did not card the round of the day but he his 3 under par round was enough to take the lead at the half way stage.

There was a hole in one today,  the ace was scored by Tim Clark on the final hole of the Zurich Classic of New Orleans. Clarke had a good round overall as he made the round of the day a 6 under par 66.   He had a fantastic back 9 with a run of 3 birdies, and ending with that Ace. 

The Cut fell at 144,  and 81 players will continue into the 3rd round. Stars to miss the cut include Davud Duval,  Davis Love III,  Mike Weir, and Big John Daly.

Bubba Watson  got upset with Steve Elkington who he felt keep walking around in his eye line before a shot.   Check out the youtube video of the incident.
