Amy Yang Victorious in Ladies German Open
Amy Yang had another fine round in the 2008 HypoVereinsbank Ladies German Open, presented by Audi at Munich’s Golfpark Gut Häusern, today’s 5 under par 67 secured her a four stroke victory.
The 18 year old from Korea played a bogey free round to finish the tournament on -21 and secure her second victory on the Ladies European Tour.
A round of 65 for Louise Stahle of Sweden finished second on -17, a further stroke back in third place came Gwladys Nocera the French girl also carded a seven under 65 for the final round.
Sixth place went to American Michelle Wie whose 67 today started with an eagle and finished birdie, birdie, Wie can be satisfied that her first Ladies European Tour event was by far her best tournament result of the year so far.
