This week from 19th – 22nd June the European PGA Tour is in Germany, at Munich’s Golfclub München Eichenried, for the 2008 BMW International Open.

The home country is well represented with 14 golfers in the field, they are headed by the old master Bernhard Langer who was runner up last year behind Sweden’s Niclas Fasth who lines up in defense of his title.

Other leading contenders include Germany’s Martin Kaymer, Paul Casey from England, India’s Jeev Milka Singh, South African Retief Goosen and Miguel Angel Jiménez of Spain who finished sixth in last weeks U.S. Open.
